SDG&E’S LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (“LIHEAP”) PLEDGE PORTAL Terms and Conditions

Online Account Management Usage Agreement

You may use this LIHEAP PLEDGE PORTAL (the “Portal”) only if you have agreed to take part in the Portal by properly using a User ID and password, which has been previously provided by us, consistent with these Portal Terms and Conditions.

In addition, your use of Portal is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the SDG&E Web site and, if applicable, the Mobile Terms and Conditions, which are each incorporated herein by this reference, and each of which shall apply in all respects related hereto. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Portal Terms and Conditions shall have the definitions ascribed thereto in the applicable terms and conditions described in the preceding sentence.

Online Portal Service

The Portal allows you to access online services specific to the accounts of those customers you are authorized to access. Available services under the Portal umbrella include creating and managing your LIHEAP pledge(s) (these services are also available, in whole or part, without the use of the Portal). SDG&E may add additional online services to the Portal, as it deems appropriate, in the future.

User Requirements

Specifically, by participating in the Portal, you have agreed that: You are subject to these Portal Terms and Conditions and will be as long as you are using the Portal, including all its online services. By accessing the Portal, you are confirming that you accept these the Portal Terms and Conditions (and any future modifications thereof) as a pre-condition to your being granted access to Portal.

SDG&E reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prevent or otherwise restrict any User from accessing this web site in connection with the Portal. SDG&E also reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Portal or LIHEAP for any reason, or for no reason at all. Additionally, you are responsible for any Internet service fees that may be assessed by your telephone and/or Internet service provider.

Password Guidelines

The unique User ID and password (collectively, "Password") provided to you to access the Portal must be held on a confidential basis by you and not given to other people. Upon initial login, you will be prompted to set your password.

Anyone with knowledge of your Password can gain access to the Portal and all the services available. If you have forgotten or lost your Password, online reminder capabilities are available to assist you in remembering it. One of the terms and conditions of this agreement is that you are solely responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses and costs incurred by the use of your Password by others. SDG&E reserves the right to reset any Passwords.
